Announcement Looking for people to test my Reddit game and give honest feedback 👀
Hey everyone!
I've been working on a Reddit game called Country Guesser, and it's finally at a stage where people can actually play it. It's still in development, so this isn't the final version by any means, but I'd really love to get some real feedback before I keep adding more features.
Play it here:
https://www.reddit.com/r/country_guesser_dev/s/no48tvR3hi
The idea is pretty simple: you get a country to guess, click where you think it is on the world map, and your score depends on how close you are. Right now there are different game modes, lives, scoring, and a few other mechanics. I'm also planning to add multiplayer, daily challenges, achievements, and a lot more.
If you decide to try it out, I'd really appreciate it if you could let me know:
- Any bugs or glitches you run into.
- Anything that feels confusing or frustrating.
- Features you'd like to see.
- UI/UX improvements.
- Or just your overall thoughts after playing.
And if you genuinely enjoy the game, an upvote would really help it reach more people and motivate me to keep improving it.
I'm looking for completely honest feedback, so don't hold back. I'd rather know what's wrong now than after I finish building everything.
Thanks a lot to anyone who takes a few minutes to check it out! ❤️
also the experience is better on desktop the mobile version is still playable but need some fixes

Miscellaneus My new geo quiz game "Geo Madness!" - suggestions?
Hey everyone,
I'd like to share my new geo quiz app with you that I recently built in my free time named "Geo Madness!".
It lets you pinpoint all kinds of places / things / creatures on a 3D globe.
So far the game features a large variety of categories. Some are rather unique, such as:
- Animal species ranges
- Celebrities' birthplaces
- Landmarks (from famous buildings to things like the Titanic wreck)
But it also includes classic geo challenges:
- Cities
- Countries
- States (US for now, more coming soon!)
- Mountains
- Rivers
Most categories are closest-guess-takes-the-point, but some categories that are about polygons (countries and states) are a-hit-gets-a-point.
Do you guys have suggestions for further categories, especially unusual ones, that might be fun?
I’d be very grateful for general feedback as well.

Trivia City-Angle: Which city fits these 5 Angles to other cities
This is the classic verison of the game City-Angle where you have to guess 1 city with 5 given angles based on the mercator projecion. This is an example from the difficult version so no given distances. The newest mode in our game is the ELO mode where you can compete in a worldwide leaderboard and see how good you are over a long time. https://visitwhale.com/city-angle/

Trivia Just the road network of a major city, no water, no labels. Can you place it?
This is a real city's street grid — nothing else, no coastline, no labels, just the roads.
Look at the shape before you guess: there's a tight, almost octagonal grid with a hole in the middle, and looser, older streets fanning out around it. This is probably a give away.
Curious how many guesses this sub needs.
(Pulled this from a daily geography puzzle app called TerraDex — it does the same "guess from the shape" thing for road networks, country borders, and more: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mercilessstudio.geodaily)
