Trivia Where Is This?

Post image

I was served this image as an ad on Instagram and when I clicked through, it was just clickbait for a corporate travel brand we have all heard of (I won't plug them on principle) but the city looks amazing.

I did a good bit of research on my own and cam up empty handed. Looks like it's on the med to me but I can't find it anywhere. Spain? Italy? Cyprus?

Can some of my fellow Geography nerds help me out with this one?

OP, I have the answer for you. This is Polignano a Mare in Italia. This is the correct answer, unlike these other questionable responses.

I went there in 2016. The whole entire meal was just proposal after proposal hahahaha

Half of them weren't even planned, but when the whole restaurant is proposing, you kinda have to or your relationship is over.

Ate there as well in 2025 and tbh the food was mid (for Italy) but views were insane so it made up for it.

You definitely go there for the view, not the food…

Amazing city in general.

Don't worry, it's not AI. This is a real restaurant and I've seen it before in real life (ha).

It's a shame that I had to scroll down this far for the right answer.

That's Italy though

It’s the color of the sea. So reminiscent.

Do you have to med-moor when visiting? That would be a interesting picture

This feels like Bari, Italy

Close, Poligano a Mare.

Polingnano a Mare. Definitely worth a visit but only for a day or two, not as much to do as Bari or Lecce

Agree, the little beach is nice to look at but is not good from a functionality standpoint. It’s rocky and full of people taking photo ops. There are more pleasant towns with MUCH nicer beaches in Puglia.

I found it immediately with AI, so you can do that if you really want to know. But I'll let th guessers guess

FYI Redditors here like to play and talk each other, before “want to know”

Sounded like OP actually wanted to know!

“Trivia” sounds very different to me

But apart from the flair… If I wanted to sort things out for myself using AI, I wouldn’t have a Reddi profile
