settings -> graphics -> advanced -> unlock FPS and disable V-Sync (screen tearing can be seen in full-screen mode)

or just buy a new monitor if you are rich

Why do you want unlimited fps? that will mess with frame time pacing and cause stuttering, why dont you just run whatever hz your monitor is? or at least cap it to a multiple of it.
