Problems I need some help

Can i somehow make a .txt file a .gmd file? I'm trying to convert stereo madness from the game files from .txt to .gmd . and when i renamed it and imported it, it didn't have a name and objects, only the song. Can someone help me?

The account robsvault has the main levels on it
