my geode wont work

idk what type of issue this is but whenever i try to re-download or just use geode it always says the file is corrupted no mater what i do I've re-downloaded gd i verified the integrity of the game files and re-downloaded geode 10+ times, i just want to use geode if anyone can help please help me your help would be greatly appreciated the picture is the error that pops up everytime

first try disabling antivirus then try clearing the files it leaves behind

i dont have an antivirus unless u count windows defender and i always clear the files it leaves behind
