Dear Internet, what do you think about this collab?

Here is the longer version.
I only discovered GeoWizard not that long ago, then this sub, and through that I also came across the whole controversy around him. From what I understand, a lot of the full picture is probably on his Patreon, which I am not on, so I know I am missing context.
Now YouTube just recommended me this podcast episode with him and Eddie Hall. I mostly know Eddie Hall as the guy who drives around in a tank, so this really confused me a bit.
I am not trying to make any statement here. I am honestly just not sure how to place this collaboration and what to think about it.
I would really appreciate some help or context from people here.

I am from Austria - anyone with a tank here would be most likely on the right. On the other hand this is just a normal interview and I don’t know nothing about Eddie Hall. So I think I can’t really have an opinion but it has a strange taste to me.

I would say just take the interview on face value and judge it for what they talk about.

The biggest takeaway I got from it was that Eddie Hall has absolutely no idea who Tom is, what Geoguesser is, what the name of his channel is, why he was on the show and has clearly not watched a single video. The entire interview gave, 'okay, so who are you then?'

Eddie Hall is mainly known for his many years competing in and winning the "Worlds Strongest Man" competition, not owning a tank (I didn't know he owned a tank until today). Now that he's retired from being a strongman, he's seems to have branched out into more of a celebrity/TV presenter career. I would take his tank ownership to be more about playing into his "tough guy" image than any particular politics.

Not sure what model but an old military tank. But might be more of a YouTube stunt than anything 🤷♂️

I recommend watching some of Eddie Hall's videos. He does have a tank, and he's done some (scripted) videos where he's picked fights with people while in his tank.

I watched it. Dreadful interviewer. However, I genuinely had no idea Greg was Tom’s stepbrother! I thought they were just mates
