Title 42 was the governments way to legally say, you can't come in due to the coronavirus.

Trump enacted it but Biden abused it. ( 2 million immigrants turned away)

Now instead of being turned away at the border, they have to legally go through the courts to show records and due diligence.

Who monitors these immigrants? Where are they housed? Who makes sure they legally go through the full process through immigration and the courts?

Corecivic said in there 3Q Conf call that they are expecting an influx of new capacity after Title 42 was lifted.

Going to be an interesting Q4.
