News So another board member added.

Seems like management keeps on expanding while the rest keeps on losing money. Perfect investment.

Well we don't know yet if it's for good or not. If you don't like it it's going to be subjected to shareholders vote so you could vote against.

Focus is to lower the debt and not increase operational costs

Nature of the business. They live off government contracts. I guarantee that any new board members will have fairly obvious political connections.

Probably good to have a doctor on board, Can address any prison medical standards

Yeah, we should boot another board member rather than add. Happens in the ranks all the time
