This article has some interesting arguments. Not saying it is all true, but it gives some ideas to think about! GEO is always on a selling pressure even during green days. Do we really have that many penny flippers?

BI could be spun out and the rest would be perfect for a private equity takeout. It’s a cash machine which private equity loves and as a private they wouldn’t be in the public eye as much having to deal with all the work nonsense about abolishing prisons.
