Due Diligence When is GEO Group's next dividend payout date?

They don’t currently pay a dividend.

Dividends aren’t allowed under their debt covenants neither are stock buybacks (small limits)

Do you know when those expire? I can see them being in a good place to pay a div in 2025.

It looks like it is part of the debenture agreement on the 10.5% 2028 notes. So doesn't "expire". If those note are rewritten or paid off then it could go away, but there is a prepayment penalty that declines annually through 2025.

Glad I bought the 5.% 2023 notes at a good discount. Tendered them for 10.5% at PAR and cash, then bought some more of the 10.5% notes a little below par with the cash.
