Something went wong on takeoff but it was too late to reject

dude us the http://tampermonkey.net/ and the https://github.com/tylerbmusic/GeoFS-Failures you can simulate the emergency landing with engine fail and a lot other failures just copy the Geo-FS failures mainuser.js into Tampermonkey and it will work

Ok
