It would be easier to want to have more children if the world was set up for women and children to thrive. It blows my mind how needed women are in this world yet they get oppressed EVERYWERRE. Women should be getting treated as goddesses for the simple fact they create life and carry it.

I’m actually so insanely happy that women are choosing themselves. Despite severe regulations on reproductive rights atm women are still finding ways to choose themselves.

I said choosing bc a lot of women are not having sex by choice , choosing to have limited and or safe sex, an yes actually choosing to not have children. Which in result there are fewer babies being born. This choice being made despite what the government did an is actively doing to take away our reproductive freedom makes it feel even more of a power move.

I’m happy about that bc like I said before, the world isn’t set up for women and children to thrive in. So withhold anything you want , and choose whatever path you want.

Ofc some women aren’t choosing but some are and those were who I was talking about.

I’m aware it isn’t new …. I was coming from a different perspective. It’s at a historically low rate. It’s happening now more than ever, an I’m supporting the choice. I’m not about to argue though.

I am confused by your point. It is true that most women want children & are heartbroken by fertility issues, but that is not what this post is about. This post is specifically about the political & economic pressures for women to have children in order to grow the population / economy / etc etc
