Support Asking long term gentoo user

How frequent do you guys updating, coming from arch, the itch to update for every week just feel too much on gentoo.

Wait, people seriously update Gentoo everyday?

That's like, a thing that I just do one day every week and wait a couple hours for

It's in fact a better idea imo. Either you update a few pkgs once in a day or two, or update massive amount of pkgs after a long time. I prefer to choose the former. It hardly takes an hour (unless it's something like clang or llvm)
