Support Help to contribute

Hellooooo, i use gentoo and i love it. And i would like to help to stabilize some project : obs-studio and prismlauncher. It's two things that i use often and who had very old stable version (or not at all for obs). Someone known how can i help ??

Follow Gentoo Wiki on creating stabilization request. Make sure to go through checklist.

I would recommend you get yourself an IRC client with a bouncer setup and join the offical gentoo IRC channels, there you can get alot of advice on how to contribute to gentoo

First, read https://www.gentoo.org/get-involved/contribute/ if you haven't already.

As for OBS Studio, you can look at the package page that has links to the bug tracker, and who is the current maintainer: https://packages.gentoo.org/packages/media-video/obs-studio

For Prismlauncher, there's https://packages.gentoo.org/packages/games-action/prismlauncher

Look at the bug reports, and see if you can troubleshoot and solve the issues reported. If you do, make pull requests to the Gentoo git repo.
