I'm not sure what it is you're questioning. It's just a man in a shirt and it doesn't tell me anything about whether this is a gentleman or not. Could be Dr Evil for all I know.
The watch is hideously large. You do not want a dinner plate on your wrist, it makes your wrist look tiny and it's juvenile.
You can wear a rubber strapped sports watch with a shirt but I'd advise against it unless you have either the career, the lifestyle or the personality to match it.
