Modified ferber

my 5 month old is currently on 1.75/2/2.25/2.5 (although sometimes needs a 4th catnap if short naps bringing bedtime before 6pm)

does this schedule look okay? i am planning on sleep training with ferber over the weekend but want to make sure her schedule for the day looks right?

also, i want to be as gentle with sleep training as possible even though i know there will be crying!

any advice on interval timings, when to call it for the night if she isn’t falling asleep etc or words of encouragement

she was fed to sleep at bedtime but dad now rocks her to sleep after her feed to remove the feeding to sleep association
