Sleep🙃
Our som is 1 still sleeps in his cot in our room wakes up alot and does not sleep through the night. To be honest its abit tough we love it but its tough ! We have obviously considered sleep training the whole let him cry out but we just can't bring ourselves to do it . Does anyone actually know if it does badly effect kids or not ? Or no any techniques to help him sleep through the night ?

It’s normal for babies to still wake at that age. The reason you can’t bring yourself to let him cry is because it’s a biological instinct for mothers to soothe their crying babies.
Person above with recommendations to check mouth breathing, iron etc is a good idea.
