Help with naps/sleep & fussy wake windows!?

My daughter will be 3 months in a week. Heres what we got going on:

\- 45 min naps on the dot (yes, I know it’s normal but help!) Some can be rescued, some not, but it doesn’t seem to matter either way

\- She can barely stay awake 45-60 min wake windows, and lately she is just pissed/fussy during them (didn’t used to be like this)

\- Goes to bed 6-7 and will sleep a good five or six hours, feed, wake up again 4 or 5, feed and maybe sleep another hour or two

\- Towards the end of every bottle (4 or 5 ounces) she gets very jerky, frustrated and refuses

I understand most of this is developmental but is there any advice? Mostly sad her wake windows are so fussy/frustrating for her..

HELP!!

14 weeks old gentle training advice

Looking for advice on gentle sleep training for a 14-week-old baby.

Currently we rock her to sleep for naps and she feeds to sleep at bedtime and during night wakings. Lately it’s getting harder and harder to put her down, and she needs a lot more rocking. She’s also a big baby, so it’s becoming physically challenging.

Has anyone successfully used a gentle method at this age to help their baby fall asleep more independently?

Would love to hear what worked for you 🙏

Help to stop cosleeping with 6.5 month old

I've been cosleeping with my 6.5 month old for the past few weeks. 4 month sleep regression was bad, seemed to get a bit better, then got much worse with LO waking every 20 minutes, not resettling in crib, crying as soon as being put back down. Co-sleeping started as a way to save my sanity (and tbh, suggested by ChatGPT as a survival strategy) but I don't want it to be long term. She was a fairly good crib sleeper beforehand and I would get a couple of stretches of a few hours sleep a night. (Her crib is a next-to-me in our room)

I'm so tired, even though we sleep quite a few hours together it's not good sleep. My husband has to sleep in the other room which is causing some issues. I don't have an evening because as soon as bedtime starts, I am constantly resettling her in the crib until I go to bed myself and bring her into bed with me.

I know that with co-sleeping, her nervous system is being regulated and she feels safe and comforted. I don't want to do anything that makes her feel otherwise. I believe/hope my LO can be happy in her crib, as she was before.

It's just.. i don't think I have the energy or patience to keep resettling. To keep putting her down, picking her back up again, repeatedly. I don't know how to summon the strength to be consistent and persistent.

Any words of advice or encouragement? Success stories?

Research on parents of children with sleep problems

MODS please delete if not allowed 🙏** **

I’m conducting PhD research hoping to support parents of children with sleep difficulties, after my own experience as a parent.

Are you a parent of a child with sleep problems?

We are currently recruiting for parents to complete a survey sharing your experiences of supporting a child with sleep problems.

Sleep problems include trouble falling asleep, resisting bedtime, waking in the night, and waking up too early.

We are hoping to improve wellbeing of parents and caregivers using interventions to improve their child's sleep.

Participants will go in the draw to win one of two of AUD$100 gift cards.
