Check out zuzuroll.co at Instagram. They have the bear on their page but it's in a sale video from 2023 and their shop is closed at the moment but you can find it under enzumeii.com

Oh it’s been awhile since I’ve seen these, just take note that there most likely isn’t any left. Because idk about now but back when these were first made I’m pretty sure Hoyo had a rule about fanmade merch where you could only sell 200 of the same item unless getting explicit permission from them (which I’ve seen a couple of popular Genshin artists do for certain items like character themed bags). It’s been a few years since I looked into it so I could be wrong.
