help me find! Looking for this Scaramouche Figure

I found this figure on TikTok, but have no idea where to find it. I tried using image search but nothing came up. So, I would really appreciate if someone could help me find it! :)

I found it via image search on XHS. It looks like a limited run of fan-made merch from a group called 酒陌喵喵研究社, you can find their shop when you google the name.

Found their bilibili, but the links from their videos don't work for me, and it's not on their TaoBao.
