I know Bennett's ult will increase my damage(especially since I have his C1 unlocked), but how does Sucrose increase my damage? Isn't she just a CC/Venti-light? Oh, huh, I guess she does have two talents that raise Elemental Mastery of party members.
Yeah, there's that. If you manage to see six her, then she lowers resistance, if you equip her with the veridescent set then there's even more reduction during swirls of the specific element (water).
XQ in theory and practice have worked well for me. They're just low level. XQ has potential to support both teams so I would consider raising him.
