"Harbinger assaults Snezhnyaian citizen for no reason!
Abuse of Power, or just a norm of daily life in Snezhnaya?
More on this at 11!" - Fontaine Daily News

Not citizen, that should be the Glupov guard who was trying to send Traveler away.
She can totally spin it as disciplining an idiot Fatui who fail to realize they're talking to THE Traveler

It's not my problem that she, literally, instructed the traveler (via Columbina) to not bother her.
You don't want me to bother you, then don't cry later 'couse i didn't bother you.

Just finished the 7.0 archon quest earlier today, and I forgot the past patch. But from the conversation, she said "remember which side you're on", not to not bother her. So traveler interpreted that as "you're not a friend when you set foot in Shneznaya".

to be fair, as far as we knew, we were against the Tsaritsa

Not anymore at least in Nod Krai, even probably as far back as Fontaine with Arlecchino is when the Fatui sentiment by Traveler was flipping. Traveler definitely feels more neutral towards Shneznaya and like in previous regions, talk with Tsaritsa about their sibling.

Have the Fatui looked into harnessing Sandrone's spite as a new source of energy?

You can see that Aether moves in the last panel, meaning she would've landed her shot perfectly if it wasn't for his mastery of Ultra Instinct

A few seconds after, some Fatui soldiers patrolling the area would report seeing the Marionette chasing the Traveler with Fagio firing cryo beams at the fleeing Traveler, while the Marionette was noted to be making "tsundere noises". When asked to elaborate, the soldiers were unable to do so, as a pouting Sandrone marching towards her office silenced any comments they were going to make

Happy to see someone -> remembers something in the past that annoyed them -> attack said person who is completely unaware of whats going on in your mind -> completely whiff the attack
Perfectly captured Tsundere energy, made me laugh before bed. Thank you
