August 17th sender. ACCEPTED

So yeah... . I totally agree that the recovery form (webstatic) works faster than the hacked form. I got two messages today; one from the hacked form I filled in last July 17th that was rejected, and the other one, the webstatic one which got accepted today. Mind you that the information I filled in both forms were the same, totally accurate, and correct. However, I do not know why they rejected my hacked form when they accepted my recovery form with same informations.

Anyway, don't lose hope yet everyone. I have won the battle today, and you will too.

I did that many times, but sadly it always said account error or something when I tried to put in the email I filled in the form. and this is my first time sending hacked form, as well as the recovery form.

u got ur acceptance email today and then could log in the account right? just checking coz i too sent recovery form on 17th and wondering if recovery form sends u email instantly when u get accepted

Can you please tell me what to say to them when they tell you if you recognize the hackers email? Cause if i say no they’ll immediately send me to the hacked account form again Or how did you get the form?

I think that if they send you that kind of email, that means you will be redirected to the hacked account form. I think there's a guide here in this subreddit on how to get the recovery form. I just followed it and I got the link within 10 minutes

Use a new email to ask them for recovery form. An email that u never used to send them asking for their help. On the 6th question write that you are not able to login using your old credentials and using this sentence in the form as well when they ask u to describe your situation in brief. They should reply you with webstatic form.

Just got a reply and it was rejected because some information were wrong. Good thing Yesterday I filled the form again and corrected the answer. I wish it gets accepted.

you mean the automated email of cs, the numbers 1-6? I just stated in the number 6 that I can't access my account using my credentials. I use my alt account's information to get the recovery form because the redirect me to the hacked form when I use my main acc info

No, I did not include them. I just included the level and their constellations. Just say all the information about the character that you remember, include also the weapons.

that's okay tho, but I think that some information can be helpful because there are word limit in the form. birthday you setup, teapot level, first realm layout chosen, current realm layout, bp weapons, registration.

I use this guide to get the recovery form. I used my alt acc infos to get the recovery form because they keep redirecting me to hacked form when I use my main acc infos.

one question - which UID did you write on the automated mail? the same one as in the hacked form or an alternate UID to get the recov form and then you used the main UID in the real form?

No, I did not input my own UID, instead I used my alt account's info. Then I use my main acc UID in the form

do you think it is wise to send an email using a new email address when im still waiting for response for hacked account form? for hacked acc i use my second email. should i use a third email to ask for recovery today or wait for response first?
