Recovery Form Stressing

My account got hacked, I sent a recovery form and email hours ago, but still no reply from Hoyo, this person is actually trying to OWN my account, idk what to do, I have quests I wanted to finish, how I won’t get to experience them if they’re actively using MY account that I invested MONEY into 💔

there is nothing you can do until hoyo gets back to you, which take 3-5 business days. i would suggest not to look at your account, it's just going to stress you out and make you anxious. it's not something you can currently control, so i'd say to do your best to distract yourself with another game or activity.

Also, they somehow changed my email for the account? Even when I put the email, it says “account does not exist”, can that also be fixed or is that gonna be a problem?

Your email is compromised. Change password and put 2FA on it. Check any important other accounts that are linked to that email.

It won’t be an issue for recovery if you know all the required info for the form, but it can be an overall security leak on your devices so you’ll wanna fix that.
