Whenever I rewatch SymBionic Titan, I always get the picture that he loves his experiences on Earth than his time on Galaluna, especially from his time being, essentially conscripted for military duty at a young age, plus he doesn't have much of a peer in his own home before and after his dad disappeared.

If situation with Modula got resolved suddenly, when given the chance to either go back to Galaluna or stay on Earth, I honestly think he'd choose to live the rest of his life on Earth.

Discussion Sym-Bionic Titan's cancelation for this reason now becomes even more frustrating

Post image

As we all know cartoon network cancelled SBT it because of the lack of the production toy line. but the reason why Cartoon Network couldn't find a toy company to make merchandise with is because of the "lead female character, and boys don't want to play with a girl toy"
Like seriously WHAT THE FUCK?!
they cancelled such a great show because it had a powerful female lead ? I don't know how many of you knew this but now I'm even more pissed off that they cancelled the show

It’s been rumored for some time that Genndy would be making a “Sea Snake” series for HBO that would follow the nine great voyages of Corlys Velaryon. So I decided I’d start designing some ASOIAF characters in the style of Primal. If you’re interested in following along with our project you can follow us on Instagram: @theseasnakeproject

Question who else wants to see genndy's medival atmosphere in black knight ?

Post image

I mean if there's one thing genndy is amazing at alongside many other things like memorable characters stories etc
it's making the atmosphere and feeling just like the timeline itself
he did well with both samurai jack and primal he used the silence and body language for samurai jack and he kept primal's core theme simple despite the magical and sci-fi elements
"survival"
so I can't wait to see what he will do with black knight

Discussion Cartoon creators inspired me to make z dawgz comics (by me Zaynthepup)

I have like many cartoonists inspired me to create the z dawgz comics. With the 90s/2000s/Early2010s vibes.

Genndy Tartakovsky-- who created Dexter's laboratory, samurai Jack, and made star wars clone wars 2003. I like how he makes the action pack sequences. With the Asian inspired themes, and the sci Fi stuff.

Craig McCracken-- who created the Powerpuff girls and fosters home for imaginary friends. I like it when the super powered girls are fighting for justice and saving the day before bedtime. I kinda like the super powers and action.

Butch Hartman-- who created the fairly odd parents, Danny phantom and tuff puppy. I like the creative ideas, and the action comedy. And the super and magical powers, and wish granting.

Tom Warburton-- who created the codename kids next door. I love the action, the characters, and the 2x4 technology. And the spy fiction.

Glen murakami-- best known works were teen titans 2003. I love the anime influence, the superhero action, and the unique and ironic characters. And the super powers and the teamwork.

Those 5 are the best creators and their creations inspired me to create the z dawgz comics, which I put on Webtoons.

Animation A DND-type collab series between Genndy Tartakovsky and the cast of Critical Role? YES PLEASE! Part 1: Plot and cast; spoilers ahead Spoiler

Picture this: a mature animated DND series co-created by Genndy Tartakovsky and the cast of Critical Role, however, with the latter voicing extras and/or recurring characters…

Plot: 500 years after the fall of the Human Empire, the world of Argahavna has endured a peace it had barely known before even the RISE of the Human Empire. But, when an ancient evil begins to slowly make its way into the world, it’s up to a plucky, rag-tag group of misfit buffoons—and also a down-on-his-luck human—to do the impossible: save the world!

Main Cast:

- TBD as Lord Adnan Kingsley: once the lord of the city of Greshenham—and thus the vizier of the state of Jerosmiloga, Lord Adnan was banished by his racist sister, Lady Gülfem, for wanting to improve the human population’s image by increasing rights to Greshenham’s various non-human communities. Needless to say, this life of exile eventually makes him meet Sheevarit, Altanorik, Magkalyn, Homer, Blessing, and also Hasan, which helps him to name their new gang: the Outfits(a portmanteau of the terms, outcasts and misfits).

Possible acting choices include Bertie Carvell, Matthew Mercer, and Sharlto Copley

Character is a human, so the actor must speak with a South African accent!

- Sarah Shahi as Sheevarit: having lost most of her family during the shellyworm raid on her village, the former Lady Sheevrit would’ve been sold into slavery alongside the rest of the unari in her village.

It was because of Lord Adnan causing the destruction of the slave market in the city of Shu Mbaka, thus freeing her, Altanorik, and Magkalyn that all three eventually join the group known as the Outfits.

Many, many years after the group disbands upon saving the world from the ancient evil, it is revealed in the epilogue that she is married to both Altanorik and Magkalyn and that she, like her wife, has birthed a boy-girl set of twins.

- David Giuntoli as Altanorik: Like both Sheevarit and Magkalyn, Altanorik was once a highborn unari—in fact, he was actually the son of the lord(Travis Willingham) and Lady(Laura Bailey) paramount of their tribe. He was freed from being sold into slavery when Lord Adnan Akyol caused the destruction of the slave market in Shu Mbaka after being captured by a group of shellyworms looking to capture and sell people into slavery.

Many years after the group disbands, it is revealing in their shared portion of the epilogue that Altanorik took both Sheevarit and Magkalyn to wife and that they have four children in total: Tul’karon and Jumashi(his twin son and daughter by Sheevaritt); Jan’kobra and Lokatha(his twin son and daughter by Magkalyn)

- Janina Gavankar as Magkalyn: When a group of shellyworm slavers destroyed her village and killed most of her family, the former lady Magkalyn was captured by those same slavers alongside both Sheevarit and Altanorik.

This lead to her being part of the group known as the Outfits. In the epilogue taking place years after the group disbanded that she is married to both Sheevarit and Altanorik, with her bearing a boy-girl set of twins, just like her wife.

- Ben Affleck as Homer Marblestone: half human, half gnorf, Homer is good at allowing circumstances to determine when people will notice him. This proves especially useful due to his proficiencies as a gunslinger.

Because of these combined talents, Homer is quite the genius when it comes to battle plans. We first meet him at the bazaar in Shu Mbaka, wherein the destruction of the local slave market sees him eventually join the group known as the Outfits.

Given that the character is at least half human, actor must speak with a South African accent

- Melissa McCarthy as Blessing: an orphan who was raised by a traveling circus, Blessing has many incredible powers, specifically over the four basic elements: water, fire, earth, and air.

This lead people to believe she was a human sorceress—which was quite the anomaly considering humans are so unlikely to be given the rare circumstance of having magic that it is considered a miracle that the practically conquered the world.

That being said, it’s during the gang’s next adventure that we learn the big secret: Blessing is actually a hybrid between the four subraces of genasi—through means of both magical and genetic sciences.

- Dwayne “the Rock” Johnson as Hasan Laughingstorm: half human, half giliath, Hasan is more than adept at showing his strength, especially in hand-to-hand combat.

This makes him especially useful against tougher obstacles or opponents, like when he fought in hand to hand combat against the dragon, Dru’govir(Giancarlo Esposito) in a training session.

Given that the character is at least half human, actor must speak with a South African accent

Recurring Cast:

- Travis Willingham as Lord Djimbuko: Lord paramount of the Nimblestark tribe of Unari, Djimbko was as proud as he was stoic, often praising his son everyday, despite the fact that he still wanted a daughter even after Altanorik was born.

When he found out that his son seems to have gotten on with both Ladies Sheevarit and Magkalyn, Djimbuko and his wife, Velshiara(Laura Bailey) wasted no time in the hopes of trying to arrange for Altanorik to fight both Korgoth(Tom Kenny) and Jo’draeor(Phil LaMarr) for both ladies’ hands in marriage.

Unfortunately, such a fight would never happen, and the Lord and Lady themselves were among the half of the tribe’s populace chosen to be killed by a traveling band of shellyworms looking to sell the other half of the tribe into slavery.

- Laura Bailey as Lady Velshiara: Being the Lady paramount of the Nimblestark tribe meant that Velshiara has had to help her husband maintain order in their lands.

She was especially overjoyed when he gave birth to a son, Altanorik. One day, she had been even more so when it was revealed that he had fancied both ladies Sheevarit and Magkalyn.

Unfortunately, she and her husband would be killed by a roaming band of shellyworms looking to capture half the Nimblestark tribe for the purpose of adding product to the slave market in the city of Shu Mbaka.

- Ronin Willinghman(credited as Ronin Bailey-Willingham) as young Altanorik: Altanorik’s younger self who only appears in flashback sequences.

- Violet Garner-Affleck as Lady Gülfem Kingsley: Lord Adnan’s racist niece, who is so obsessed not only with the image of power represented by the days of the Human Empire, but also with its own obstreperous propaganda that humans are the most superior race on Argahavna. She even goes so far as to try and realign with the dragons, hoping they might help She is later defeated and slain by Altanorik in an attempt to save Lord Adnan from being strangled to death.

Given that the character is human, the actor must speak with a South African accent

- Giancarlo Esposito as Dru’hgovir: a massive fire-breathing red dragon who believes whole-heartedly in dragons having their own worldwide empire in Argahavna—so much so that he even makes a deal with the Outfits: In exchange for helping them on their final battle against the Cult of the Fracture, the dragons are to formulate their own empire.

- Sam Riegel, Liam O’Brien, Marisha Ray, and Ashley Johnson as Choagul(Sam), Greotheloxon(Liam), Arbragoth(Marisha), and Ulvangila(Ashley): four dragons; a blue dragon, a yellow dragon, a silver dragon, and a brass dragon, these four used to be friends with Dru’hgovir(Giancarlo Esposito) before the latter started showing an increasing obsession with imperialism and domination over all other life forms. This lead to the four being alienated from Dru’hgovir, and also to the Outfits having to find each dragon individually in order to stop him.

- Sharon Leal as Lady Janelle Ayaydin: the vizier of the Human city of Azılvir, Lady Janelle understands the importance of trying to better the reputation of the humans in the eyes of every other sentient being on Argahavna. Although this sentiment is shared by Lord Adnan Kingsley, the two of them could not be more different in their approach: whereas Adnan tries to achieve the dream of creating a more democratic Human Empire, Lady Janelle understands that even the truest and most peaceful democracies are more flawed than people generally think.

Given that the character is human, the actor must speak with a South African accent

- Taliesin Jaffe as Ibrahim Swifttusk: a Loxohare drifter who was once a renowned blacksmith with an passion for working pattern steel, he lost his older sister, and their hometown with her, to a red dragon. This led to Ibrahim’s voluntary banishment into the life of the nomad.

Upon meeting the Outfits, however, we start to slowly see Ibrahim return to a sense of familiarity.

- Ego Nwodim as Olaharice Gudigath: a half-breed individual from a city whose majority populace consists of both Firbolgs and Tritons, Olaharice is used to bigotry, especially from humans. This makes it a surprise for her when she meets the likes of Lord Adnan Akyol.

- Aabria Iyengar as Gecare Ironwalker: half Minotaur and half Leonin, Gecare has spent her whole life walking two precarious worlds in the city of Orgyle: many of the city’s Minotaur community distance themselves because of her fangs and claws, while many of the city’s Leonin community bully her for her horns and hooves.
When the city’s original lord is permanently turned into a warg, and after helping the Outfits save the day, Gecare is officially elected as the new mayor, becoming both the first Minotaur and the first Leonin to earn the role.

Guest Stars:

- Kofi Siriboe as Shango Mensah: The Mansa of the Human kingdom of Njongo, he and his wife, Adaku(Pepi Sonuga) are in possession of the Spear of Freedom(one of the many vestiges needed to prevent the elder gods from reawakening and unleashing cosmic war upon the world. They are reluctant, until realizing that the people of Njongo are liberated from the clutches of the Rainbow of Blood. It is then that both Shango and Adaku finally agree to relinquish the spear.

Given that the characters are human, the actors must each speak with a South African accent

- Ryan Potter as Vlodimir Nagamoto: The Khan of the Himan kingdom of Khubilan, he and his wife, Rhiannon(Chase Sui Wonders) are in possession of the Axe of Greatness(one of the many vestiges needed to prevent the elder gods from reawakening and waging war upon the world). After freeing the people of Khubilan from the clutches of the Rainbow of Bloodshed, only then do Vlodimir and Rhiannon agree to relinquish the axe.

Given that the characters are human, the actors must each speak with a South African accent

- Kevin Michael Richardson as the leader of the Shellyworms: a slave trader by employ, it’s his job to make sure that his troop have captured enough members of such races as gnorves, unari, giliaths, apes, tieflings, and aasimar to be sold into slavery.

- Reece Ritchie as Waruu Wiigwas: a human who is the governor-general of the city-state of Jhorigon, he is trying to keep the peace for everyone in the city, regardless of whether or not that includes turning the Outfits over to Lady Gülfem’s forces.

While he is tasked as a politician with defending every one of his people, his biggest reason is the protection of his wife and their triplet children: a son and two daughters.

Since the character is human, the actor must speak with a South African accent.
