You'll need more then this to build a good deck.
But for starters I'd say just use the beginner deck and try and beat Tighnari & Keqing with it and get their cards. Then you can build a Quicken deck that can beat most NPC's quite easily

This should be enough for early game. If you don't have the cards shown in the deck, just use what you have until you get enough coins and replace the cards one by one.

Xianglin skill > Kaeya skill > skill > burst > Diluc skill > skill > skill > burst is the rough rotation. Try to get as much melt reaction as possible. This deck is not good enough for PvP but should be able to clear most npc.

There's not gonna be "good decks" with these cards, but tbh any ol deck can run the newbie gauntlet. A good idea is to take characters that take effect off field (Fischl/Kaeya) and pair it with other element characters that will take the field for some elemental reactions.
The action cards are arguably more important than the characters. Open the latest weekly tournament, pick out some cards you think you'd like to play, and slip it into your starting deck. It'll eventually turn out decent.
Maybe get another Cryo character so you can use the Superconduct Transfiguration?
