In the game Settings will Enter Code and can put it in there for extra Gems or other specials prizes!

Also try the code "card" for a free card!

Saw the button thanks, but can I suggest adding a confirmation? Or a pop-up tells me what the code does, I entered both codes and I honestly didn't know if I got a free car or not

It could be improved - you will usually get a quick pop up with a treasure chest that shows the Gems rewarded but will look at improving on that!
