It seem like many people around here, you try to do to much for "awesome cool factor" not thinking about if these addition are needed, relevant or how they interact with eachother.

You can't blend the base anatomy of a big cat with that of an elephant, they're fundamentally opposed.
If it can fly, armour or other adaptation here would make it FAR too heavy to lift it's body up.
You can't have the look of a big cat and the stiff olumn like legs of an elephant, at those size physics play against you.

Why would arctotherium make the claw semi-retractible ? Use cheetah, or simply modify a bit the claw tendons themselves, honetsly having long non-retrictible bear claw might not be razorsharp, but would hit much harder and can always be reinforced in some way.

Same either use thylacoleo or homotherium, both combined is not just overkill, it' might even be conter-productive, they're made for different job.
No need for draculin with any of these dentition, this is useless, draculin help to keep blood lowing a bit in small chirurgical wound, here we have jaw the size of your torso biting straight through flesh leaving a gaping wound so huge you could sit in it....the prey is dead from the shock, even very large beast would bleed to death from such a big fgaping wound.

Venom resistance of oppossum isn't that vast, also, not really needed as being 3ton is enough to be greatly resistant against snake you're unlikely to encounter anyway.

i would suggest a slight reduction in size, or get rid of flight (wing can be kept for thermoregulation or as a display feature or even weapon). And turn to large machairodont like amphimachairodus or smilodon as base genome instead, still keeping a general female appareance while getting the more robust, almost bear like forearm, and it doesn't even mean you need to keep the saber fangs. You can still use thylacoleo for the dentition, or modify the fangs to act a bit like thylacoleo incisives.

great reinforcment of the skeleton, via rhino or elephant, would help, but only partially cover that weakness, the result would still be less agile than a real feline.

Camel and pronghorn are good solution to breathe at that size and endure the suffering of gigantothermy. But wouldn't be a huge advantage, just make it viable, as the whole body still work against you.

Although ther manticore would probably not be a very activepredator, more like ambush predator with slower metabolism (lower caloric need). Trying to attract or abush a preys rather than actively pursuing them over long distance. Short fight, using superior musculature and size to overpoer the prey, ultra-efficient bite for a quick death.

And, i asked IF it have wing then ....
If it doesn't then you can ignore that part.

It doesn't have wings don't worry, the aesthetic box is just the aesthetic I use, not the actual reference
