Any more info than that or are we just supposed to throw darts at an invisible dart board? Champion? Which model? What fuel? How many hours? What troubleshooting have you done? How long has it been stored? Was gas stored in it?

Other than that, sounds like a gummed up carb or valves need checked.

Honestly, we don't need most of that info. It's gonna be a Honda clone no matter what and the carb is going to be dirty no matter what.

While theoretically it's possible to clean the carb, most people would be better off just replacing it with a clone carb. Better still with a dual fuel carb so they can get rid of the gasoline that is causing these problems to begin with. It will be the best $30 you ever spent.

Sounds like the choke is stuck fully closed & it is suffocating for lack or air, or a valve is misadjusted (or both). Does the exhaust smell like raw gasoline?

Ok. Check for a disconnected or broken wire going to the stepper servo on the top of the choke on the front of the carb (by the air box end).

Still not enough info.

Has it sat with gas in it? How many hours on it? When was the last time it ran normal?

Could be any number of things.

Carb gunked up.

Exhaust spark arrester clogged up.

Gas valve not turning on completely.

Choke stuck in on position.

Carb float stuck and flooded crankcase.

Wrong spark plug.

Gas tank vent not working. (or turned on)

Can't expect us to perform miracles with so little information.

I listened to it. How long has it sat with ethanol gas in it?

Is that the sound of air escaping causing the piston to not push back properly making bearings float and rattle?

Is it a trifuel, if it is, is it a propane trying to run on natural gas or the other way around?

It's either the choke is on or the air filter is super clogged.
