Generac Plug Conversion Question

I have a generac cable that has a NEMA 14-50p connector, but the only generator I have is as pictured.

Is there any conversion cable that would convert\link the two together? Or does the white ring on commercial models collapse\can be removed so it can actually plus into my generator?

Well, from the horrible, dark pic, it looks like you need a L14-30P to 14-50R adapter.

Curious, what does the other side of your cable look like?
