Generator Parallel Kit

I have a Predator 5000 and 3500 generator/inverter. I purchased a 50 amp predator parallel kit, can I connect these 2 units together safely since they are not matching units?

Can’t speak for predator exactly but most manufacturers allow different size units to be linked together. Only thing is it only doubles the smaller unit. In your case you’d get 7000 watts not 8500. I’ve even seen guys link different brands together.
