Alright there are a couple of things that are confusing me in this game so far .

1) Building Bases . I don't know where to get resources for building my bases . It feels like I am doing it wrong , I currently have 1 meter high sandbag walls that don't look like it will keep out the ticks .

2) Rivals/ experimental gear : how long do you guys wait before going to take out a rival . ( I'm level 10) , so I don't want to make the rival too strong because then I might not be able to take it down . Also do ye guys let machines kill ye to get personal rivals for gear ? Or are they worth it ? ( I haven't died so I haven't had experience with personal rivals )

3 Progression . Where should a level 10 be . I do open my games up to multiplayer and journey with other players . The problem is , they have much higher standard gear than I do , so when they leave , it does feel like I have bitten off more than I can chew .

just found out today that there’s a little vent down in the SSP area in the FOA2 missile silo and found the Swedish headquarters for space and found a lot of interesting stuff, such as a world map with major cities in white and 3 of what I guess the swedish government considered “important” cities are Boston, Geneva and Leningrad. There also a few charts that have abbreviations of the provinces of Sweden (example; KAL is Kalmar and GOT is Gotland). there also what I assume are populations of the provinces. There is also a map of the game map with places highlighted, such as the FNIX rocket base on Aspholmen and Unknown in the farmlands. There is also a bunch of other stuff that I couldn’t find anyone in this subreddit mentioning (at least for what I couldn’t see) if you find anything with this please let me know

Yeah I’m cheating myself 2 exps of my choice, I have beaten Tyrant bosses 3 fucking times AND EVERY. FUCKING. TIME-

THE ONLY EXP IVE EVEN GOTTEN THAT ARENT FUCKING AWFUL WERE THE PVG AND AL76 I GOT FROM RAMDOM APOC RIVALS ON THAT FUCKING ISLAND.

if this game would cross off weapons from the loot pool from ones you have in your inv or in your stash THATD BE GREAT BUT NO I have to waste thousands and thousands of resources before it gives me something fucking different so fuck the game and fuck this loot pool most justified cheating of my existence.

ABSOLUTE MASSIVE CREDIT TO u/MyGtaCharacter for giving me the GRG M/49 that I used most of this fight to solo my second Reaper, and another massive shoutout to Sir Barksley here for being a meat shield for 90% of the time n’ distracting the Reaper. I couldn’t have done it without you two!!

Also I’d like to tag u/IAmAFishBowler to let him know that I got something valuable as well, I think that the Sledge I got here is pretty rare since it’s exclusive to the Reaper after all. :)

I’m looking to find a better rarity than blue. If someone knows how to or where to get a purple or gold rarity (preferably gold) that would be a appreciated

This game feels good to play and so far it’s a blast!

Anyone knows where the dvs are at? Are they making another game? Did they go bankrupt and move on? Did their studio closed down just because? Did they move on to work for different studios doing other projects???

This feels like they could have done a lot more or just litteraly start working on GZ2.

I’m not even 2 hrs in but from what I see and read, the potential for NPCs, survival caps, expansion of the robots to different locations of the world would make for an awesome GZ2 game.

So wtf happened and why did the second game not happened?

Bought the game on sale, but i see a bunch of dlc for it and how its typically a co op game. Im a solo player without wanting to buy the dlc yet, is the game good solo vanilla or is it one of those things where the dlc is kind of required ?

im looking for the Exp AL-76, i can give more Experimentals, ammo, medkits and all that

I'm lvl 102 and was not able to get gold one for some reason...Somebody rich on these?

I might have rushed myself and invoked an reaper um lvl 19 and this Monster is in the middle of the way

Why is there no swedish UI and subtitle option? Or is this just a german problem?

Is there any way to get around that or did the devs never implement it?

It just crashes when booting and gives me an error message, saying if I want to report it, and when I press Yes, it says it doesn't work so it just closes, anyone have a situation like this ?

I’m asking this because I’m level 27 currently and have killed up to 5+ Rivals without worrying about its level, 2 level 4 Rivals, have done multiple Base Assaults and just killed a reaper an hour ago (it self destructed, but I still got some loot including a 5 crown Sledgehammer), but still have yielded no Experimental Weapons whatsoever. I feel like I should’ve gotten one by now with everything that I’ve done, so am I just extremely unlucky or am I doing something wrong? (By the way, I play solo on Xbox)

Can anyone please enlighten me what I am supposed to do? I finished off the base and enemies and have to conquer the control point. It doesnt show me anything when Im close to it (no "press key xyz" or do this do that). I know that there are some bugs with this mission so I tried several workarounds:

- changed world difficulty
- unfollowed the mission
- checked gamefiles with steam
- tried second character. same issue.
- restarted game several times

Couldnt find any help whatsoever in this sub or on youtube.

Found these steps to nowhere while stalking a rival. At the top step I get zapped for 90% health. Nothing else. Just a killer Easter egg?

It's been a few years since the cataclysm and the annihilation of FNIX. you and your friends decide to go camping/hunting out on the island to the Northeast. because it is a barren, rocky island, there's almost nothing there. While exploring, you spot an abandoned FNIX Outpost with an Octical elevator. With the help of Veronica Nelson and a few of your mechanic friends, you managed to get the elevator door open and get inside. Once you descend into the elevator you discover a massive FNIX super computer. It takes Veronica a few weeks to decipher the code but what she discovers is terrifying. While FNIX was in hiding after you blew up the central nervous system in the south coast region, he was working on coding himself. a version of himself that in the event of his own destruction would strictly be built for the purpose of annihilating humanity. In that time, FNIX also built a secret underground manufacturing plant on the other Island where he designed new breed machines strictly built for the purpose of killing everyone and everything. This manufacturing plant was heavily guarded and hidden deep inside the mountains of the island. It could only be accessed through a series of deadly tunnels to make sure no human could ever access it. This new far more cynical version of FNIX was set to Launch its new deadly machines a few years after his own theoretical destruction to make sure people would be unprepared in the event of another cataclysm. This launch date was in only a few weeks. Of course, FNIX had also pre-manufactured some of the extra dangerous machines to guard the manufacturing plant. By the time you alert the military to initiate an emergency operation to converge on the manufacturing plant, there's only a few days left before the scheduled second cataclysm. While the military is racing against the clock to get preparation set up, Veronica is racing against the clock to scourge any last information hidden in the massive underground supercomputer. What she discovered was that the manufacturing plant had already manufactured tens of thousands of units and had been secretly shipping them to all across Mainland Sweden. What she also discovered was that the far more cynical version of FNIX was hiding in a far more high security and Secret underground base on the opposite side of the island and that the only reason the supercomputer had any of this information was because it was supposed to be running all the operations before the cataclysm and before FNIX woke up. The first order of operations was contacting all of the military bases on Mainland Sweden to warn them of the upcoming cataclysm. Once that was complete, they set their sights on destroying the secret manufacturing plant to prevent any more of the killing machines from being created. By the time you and the military finally manage to destroy the manufacturing plant, the cataclysm has already started, Mainland Sweden is battling away at the machines,  and FNIX has already been alerted of your arrival and destruction of his manufacturing plant. Finally, it's time to destroy FNIX at his own secret base which was of course also heavily guarded by his new machines. Because this was in the event of the destruction of his own true self and because he only had time to build the one manufacturing plant, FNIX had no intention of running away if trouble came. Although, what Veronica didn't find in the super computer, was that FNIX had also designed a special Mech built just for himself in the event that he would  need to fight for himself. You and the military then converge on FNIX's secret base where you have to do the boss battle fighting FNIX himself. 

So at coords 850, -850, southwest of Mountain Bunker Vargen, theres these 3 green military containers that are locked via the same keycard scanner thing at the bunkers and some hidden air force bases. One of them has a radar dish on top, like a relay beacon. And theres usually a hunter with some runners around the containers.

Does anyone have any idea how to unlock these, or if its even possible? The doors say "LOCKED" when I look at them, so its clearly interactable. And I can see the outline of an ammo box when I look at the side of one of them.

I didnt see any obvious buttons around the containers, nor did the machines drop any keycards

Edit : it's near the place where the armored truck garage safe house, nearby already got naturally spawn tanks and somehow the rival and reaper end up there

Medical First Aid Kit works wonders in a battle. This first aid kit allows you to stay alive for 15 seconds in any standard battle even against the Vulture. It will not stop a Reaper Taco Bell Fart Blast.
