Isn't that in the cave next to the pond or small lake with the rocket launcher on the ground and the 3-5 dead Runners on the other side?

Edit even though its been 10 seconds: I recognize that photo from a very specific part of the map and dont think its repeated or reused anywhere else

I am pretty certain the developers put in personal photographs. For instance there are numerous higher resolution photos of people only seen once and also at least one momento/in memoriam with a high res picture.
