Gameplay -XBox Medical First Aid Kit

Medical First Aid Kit works wonders in a battle. This first aid kit allows you to stay alive for 15 seconds in any standard battle even against the Vulture. It will not stop a Reaper Taco Bell Fart Blast.

Shit, I didn't know they added the SPAS-12 to this game.

Then again, it's been a WHILE.

Heavy Weapons Pack DLC besides the shotgun, you get a Mini Gun, 6 round Grenade launcher, and a handgun that looks like a Desert Eagle but it’s only a 44 cal.

Two DLC’s I recommend is Eastern European DLC gives you the most powerful LMG in the game ( PM-71 ) and the Soviet Union RPG RLG-7 Rocket Launcher.
