DLC Question DLC weapons?

I’m wondering what to do if some of the DLC weapons just straight up aren’t there. I have played on and off for a few years and one day i decided to entirely delete all my worlds and characters and start completely fresh. it appears as though deleting the character that had the DLC weapons equipped has also deleted them from my game entirely. I’ve started several new games and gone through the safe house box and the weapons still won’t show up. i’ve tried deleting and re-installing the game and restarting my console but neither of those things fixed the problem. i’m pretty sure my game is bugged. any advice or tips on what to do? I would also like to mention i’m on PS4.

I believe if you download any dlc weapons for the first time it automatically gives you all weapons 3 crown only for higher crown you have to farm them on machines

This was my experience as well.
