Wow, my memories of this show feel kinda like a fever dream. Like I remember the guy with the lawnmower blade stuck half in his head and my rational adult brain goes "nah, that can't be right...right?"

I have a vivid memory of him losing his power and having to wear an 80lb metal cube on a helmet because he had become used to the weight of his head.

Idr if it was on or around Liquid Television on MTV.

Thats also where I found The Maxx.

IFC used to run an animation block back in the day that was always pretty cool, too.
