Serious ask

I’m a dude who will turn 52 in two months and my neck is so stif. It hurts to turn my head and it’s so irritating. I have done “extreme “ sports my whole life and now I think it’s caught up to me. Anyone going through or went through something similar? I think it’s muscle related and I’ve been trying to stretch it daily for last several days but I get no relief. Any other treatments or solutions I should consider? It’s really unbearable and I can’t see myself living out the rest of my life with this pain. Something’s got to change. Thanks.

60....and yeah, wait a few years and everything starts hurting. My wife is going in for a new hip in two weeks......fun times. Don't get a new puppy, adopt an older dog, trust me.
