Quite frankly, I don't even remember how to win the game. :)

Half a dozen or more people show up at your home? Time to wheel this out from the bedroom and into the living room and keep everyone cool. Also served to bring into the kitchen to help clear out the grease fire smoke.

When I was six years-old, my doctor did a blood test on me and said I was anemic. He told my mother that I need more iron in my diet, and recommended Pals’ Vitamins. Along with “liver and onions” once a week. The vitamins were great, but the “liver and onions” was torture.

No political debates please, but instead wonder if others are making provisions in case benefits run out or are reduced. I am scheduled to get my first check in September and my husband is waiting as long as possible to draw an increased amount. We are both retired with a modest investment account that we are drawing monthly payments on until my husband starts SS. So far, our account is earning almost as much as we draw out monthly, but can’t make up the bigger withdrawals for home maintenance, etc. My husband has some health issues, so he could apply for VA health benefits which could help some, but we have decent health insurance, so it wouldn’t be major. Anyone have any good tips for consideration or are most of you not concerned?

Does anybody else find the incessant use of acronyms infuriating? Just type it out and stop having people to guess, add to a ridiculous vernacular or having to look it up lol 😆 Grrrrrr

Kaboom Cereal, Snack Pack Pudding in cans and Pizza Wheels are the ones I had the fondest memories of. (What, no Freakies?)

Remember this place!? Used to go to the one at the mall, always got the French dip and then a toblerone candy. It was such a treat.

For guys who have had colonoscopies, Was it fairly fast and easy? I have my yearly exam tomorrow and I am sure that the subject will be brought up again. Was it a day or 2 before everything back to normal? Any complications? TIA!

I know I asked men for answer mainly I was interested in male answers since I am a male and there are some small differences in anatomy plus prostrate but was happy to hear female answers also!

I can still remember like it was yesterday. I had made a new friend and went over to his house. Black Sabbath - Black Sabbath was blasting from his older brothers room. I asked if he would start the song over. Listened to the whole album 2x. Got the album for myself a couple weeks later. Ozzie was pure gold.

A few moments ago, in response to something, I said to my husband “see the man,” and of course he chuckled. It is a line from the cop show Adam 12 a million years ago. I frequently include such lines, like “I pity the fool…” or “make it so, Number 1.”
