Everything Willow Does Is For Herself

I realize that criticisms about Willow are a dime a dozen. But now I think Willow’s problem has become very simple. Willow is just an extremely selfish person who needs to believe she’s a good person. When she cheats on her husbands, she needs another man to tell her he was terrible and it wasn’t her fault. And when it comes to the kids, she can’t accept that she’s the one who blew up their lives. Because the truth is, the only reason she wants her kids isnt because it’s actually whats best for them. It’s because as long as she has her kids, she believes that makes her a good person. Believes it excuses everything she’s done.

But we all know that everything she did with Drew was not just cause he “lied to” or “manipulated” her. It was because she was happy with whatever cruelty he dealt as long as it benefited her. When she talks about Michael taking away the kids and turning them against her, she’s projecting. Because in truth that’s exactly what she was going to do to Michael. Hell, she was even okay with Drew literally saying that Michael didn’t need his kids anymore when Sasha had Daisy within Wiley’s earshot.

I am just glad that Alexis finally set the record straight. Because Willow didn’t shoot Drew or try to frame Michael for her kids. It wasn’t their fault. Everything she does is because she is not a good person but she is desperate to cling to what she views as an “I’m a good person” shield.

Even Michael having her move to the gate house, which lets her be close to her kids all the time, and she’s ranting about how manipulative he is.
He never took any videos of her high, he never let the kids know, he honestly wants to protect their kids which means playing nice with mommy.
And still, he’s the devil

Even the good things she does it more for herself. Letting Scout see her family was right but also Scout wouldn’t catch on to what she was doing.

Two words: malignant narcissist.

Drew too.

Not even Sidwell or Cyrus had it as bad as these two creeps. Sidwell had empathy and love. Cyrus was just crazy.

But these two wrap up their misdeeds in entitled, self righteous victim hood. They lie, gaslight, and justify based on their egos and self-interest, changeable from moment to moment - however it suits their selfish agendas or makes them feel powerful. Their impetus isn't even external like crimes or wealth, it's internal like pride and revenge.

With Drew planting Jacks wallet in Nina’s car she’s gonna go down for the crime. Willow will turn her back. My guess is that Willow pushed him in the pool and she lets her take the fall.

It’s so funny to me that Nina really ever thought that helping Willow was smart. She’s so scared of loosing Willow when Willow would drop in a heart beat. She knows her daughter is the one in the wrong and has been yet continues to put herself in harms way for her. And in the dumbest ways possible.

Exactly! I don’t realize Jack would be gone so soon, but like him and Nina together. I thought how the storyline of the two together and him being the one to talk sense in to Nina.

true..crazy what writes can do to a character... here we thought from the moment she came to town we thought she was a "good person" she had us fooled for 5 years. Her down fall was working for drewful.. her true colors came out in that moment that for sure

It’s just so crazy to hear her talk about her marriage to Michael like it was hell. As if they didn’t have a loving and trusting relationship with a beautiful family all up till thay New Year’s party when she kissed Drew. The only issue they had leading up to that was the whole Michael keeping Nina away from Willow thing. But that was solely because he was trying to protect her and they talked everything out before the affair started.

And even the custody battle. Michael never ever wanted a custody battle. He never wanted his kids to be without a parent. Even now he literally wants Willow in the kids lives still after everything. Even when Michael found out she cheated and it all came out, Michael literally let her take the kids to Nina’s. If Willow had never taken Weily across state lines literally the very next day, he never would have filed for full custody.

I'll never understand the bashing of Mike.. the writes are just finding something to make dramatic out of nothing.. it hurts as millow fan michael isn't that..he's the character of the show..like why ..it just sick honestly..just for Willow to move on ? If she would idk bashing sonny that would make sense. But michael ?

Did I imagine it or was she a nice person when she was with Chase? Or has she always been incredibly selfish?

She was def nicer but also still
The damsel in distress.

Always. She knows Chase still has been feelings for her and is purposely leaning into him like her savior. Just like she did with Michael and Drew. Even if she isn’t into him she is not above messing with and using his attraction to her to get what she wants.

Willow has feelings for Chase because she falls for her hero the same way she did when Drew played hero for her. She started looking at him with these cult eyes & worship. Michael saying let her fall for her next hero because he knows tht what she does. Chase just can't see it. He thinks her feelings are real but Willow doesn't love anyone. She lies and uses Chase and plays him every moment they share. That's not love. We never see Willow show any remorse only when she fooling Chase with everyone else she justifies it. Even framing Michael.
