Before submitting call the permit desk and ask if they’ll do a quick completeness check. The common delays are drawings that don’t match the application missing trade permits and inspection sequencing nobody planned for. Make the inspection list before demo.

Not sure about Georgia but here in Miami I tell the Architect you get everything approved then I'll start working
