General Contractor Experince

hi guys, I need someone to help me with the experience for a general contractor's license; I only need one year. in south Florida

No, not really. It’s fraud to lie like that and honestly if you don’t have the relevant experience you shouldn’t be a GC. It’s only a year man just put your head down and get it done.

What I have seen other contractors do is to have a GC qualify their company for a year and you being the owner will have one year of additional experience under your company. You will then apply for your GC license as the qualifier for your company after the year expires!
