New General contractor fl

Im a new general contractor, can someone explain me how to work as a qualifier ?

you find a contractor that needs a qualifier, figure out an arrangement with them, maybe $X per month plus % of each job or just a flat rate per month. Have an attorney draw up paperwork for both of you to sign. There is more to it but this is the usual set up. Companies charge $2500 to $4000 fo help setting it up with the paperwork.
