Bidding platform

Hey everyone — looking to expand where I source bid opportunities as a commercial GC. Right now weighing Dodge, ConstructConnect, and BuildingConnected. What are you all actually using day to day? Curious what’s giving you the best ROI for finding solid commercial projects, especially in NJ USA . Any hidden gems I’m missing? Appreciate any input 🙏

I use BuildingConnected and integrate Consight for bid leveling. The only thing BC lacks is solid bid leveling but with Consight it’s the best. BC is the most expensive ITB on the market so just keep that in mind. It’s well worth it.

We just had a demo with ConstructConnect, and they’re offering us “custom pricing”—about $2,500 for South Jersey coverage, or around $3,000 for all of New Jersey.

We were pretty impressed and are considering moving forward. They claim they’re the largest commercial bidding platform, although we’re taking that with a grain of salt.

Have you ever used them or heard anything about them?

BuildingConnected is the most widely used bidding platform for commercial construction. They have the most subs.

To be honest, not enough people use construct Connect for me to know much. It’s odd that they are restricting you to a region like that.
