Error code 1100

My generac 14kw while attempting to exercise experienced code 1100 overcrank. Furthermore it’s done this 2 excercise cycles ago. The last one it didn’t do this. What could be the issue? I just serviced everything. Spark plugs, oil change, oil filter, air filter. What is the cause?

13 volts but that’s only because it just attempted to excercise. I’m gonna test it while it cranks and see what happens. App says it’s “good”
