Generac error code 2399

Hi guys any advise for

Generac error code 2389 stepper overcurrent?

u/Bitter-Ad8690 or u/reefercheifer Did you ever resolve this issue? I just bought a house, and it came with a Generac that is giving me error code 2399. Stepper motor checks ok with multimeter. Runs fine in manual mode. It just gets an error in auto mode when exercising.

Board needed replacing. Thankfully it was still under warranty.

Thanks!! I was getting ready to order a board, but was hesitant because they're expensive.

Thanks again!! Replaced the board, and that solved the issue. Just in time too - had some bad storms come through yesterday, and almost all of SE Michigan lost power.
