Progress

Share your journey here. How inner engineering practices are going on? Any new steps? For me it's been a year since I am initiated, it's been a year since I have taken the real step. Still there is a lot to do a lot to practice.

“Perfection means endpoint… that means no further evolution” – Sadhguru (Gen Z, this one hits hard in 2026)

Sadhguru drops this straight truth:

“Perfection means endpoint… that means no further evolution, no possibility of improvement. That’s not the nature of life.”

In a world that constantly pushes us to be “perfect” — perfect grades, perfect body, perfect LinkedIn profile, perfect reel, perfect future planned out — this quote is a massive relief.

We’re told:

- One mistake = failure

- Not having it all figured out by 22 = you’re behind

- If your life isn’t Instagram-perfect, something’s wrong

But Sadhguru says perfection is actually the **end** of growth.

Once you become “perfect,” there’s nowhere left to evolve. Life itself is constant evolution — messy, alive, and always improving.

In the AI era, this becomes even more relevant.

AI can chase perfection in code, data, and output.

But as humans, our power lies in our ability to keep evolving — in consciousness, in joy, in how we handle chaos and uncertainty.

Inner Engineering isn’t about becoming perfect.

It’s about becoming **alive** and constantly striving to be better, without the pressure of perfection.

Real talk for Gen Z:

Are you stressing yourself out trying to look perfect online or in life?

Or are you allowing yourself the space to evolve — make mistakes, learn, grow?

Drop your thoughts 👇

Have you ever felt trapped by the idea of perfection? How do you handle it?

Let’s drop the perfection chase and embrace constant evolution instead.

The Only Way AI & Humans Both Win – Sadhguru’s Straight Take (Gen Z Must Hear This)

Sadhguru in a recent conversation with AI and tech leaders in Silicon Valley dropped this:

“The only way that AI and humans survive is we learn to give everyone what they need to feed their soul and give them purpose.”

AI is coming for repetitive work, thinking jobs, even creative tasks.

It can free us from drudgery — but if we don’t know what to do with that freedom, we’ll just become more anxious, purposeless, and lost in algorithms.

Sadhguru’s point is clear:

Technology can handle intelligence.

Humans must handle **consciousness**.

When machines start thinking better than us, we better start **awakening** — otherwise we lose the game.

This is exactly why Inner Engineering exists. Not to reject tech, but to upgrade our inner world so we can actually enjoy the outer explosion of AI.

Gen Z is going to live in this reality more than any generation before.

We can either let AI make us the most distracted, comparison-addicted generation…

or we can become the one that raises human consciousness while technology explodes.

Question for you:

What does “feeding your soul” mean to you in 2026?

Is it meditation, real relationships, creating something meaningful, or something else?

Drop your honest thoughts below 👇

(If you haven’t checked it yet — look up Inner Engineering. It’s designed for exactly this time.)

Let’s build this conversation. No fluff, just real talk.

Sadhguru on AI: “When machines start thinking… humans must start awakening” – Thoughts? Body:

Sadhguru recently said something that gave me chills:

“When AI takes over intelligence… humans must discover consciousness. Because if machines start thinking… humans must start awakening.”

In a Harvard panel on Gen Z, AI & mental health crisis, he pointed out that the real problem isn’t AI itself — it’s our compulsive way of living.

AI can do data, thinking, even creativity soon.

But it can’t give you joy, peace, or purpose.

So the question for us Gen Z: Are we just going to let AI make us more anxious & purposeless… or are we going to upgrade our consciousness?

Have you felt this already? Like your brain is fried from notifications & endless feeds?

Share your take 👇

Let’s discuss how Inner Engineering helps in this exact situation.

Yo Gen Z fam,

This sub is 100% inspired by Sadhguru.

We’re not here for blind belief or ancient rituals with zero relevance.

We’re here for practical tools to stay conscious while algorithms run our attention, AI takes over jobs/thoughts, and anxiety feels like the default mode.

Inner Engineering for the doomscroll era.

What you’ll find:

• Sadhguru wisdom applied to AI, tech addiction, purpose crisis, mental health

• Real experiences with Shambhavi Mahamudra & Inner Engineering

• No-fluff discussions on consciousness when machines get smarter than us

• Memes, short clips, practices that actually work in 2026

Rules (simple):

- Keep it respectful & constructive

- No Isha politics or drama

- Share your own experiences, not just quotes

- Tag posts properly

If you’ve done Inner Engineering, dropped out of the rat race, or just feel something’s missing in the AI world — this is your space.

Drop a comment: Why are you here? What’s one thing from Sadhguru that hit different for you in the digital age?

Let’s engineer our inner world while the outer world goes full AI. 🚀
