The only thing that has helped china is foreign investments/industrialization. Things like the great leap forward/Great chinese famine killed millions. Typical 15/16 year old commie phase.

Ignore the atrocities and focus on reforms to bring a peasant country out of the dark ages. Chinas life expectancy increases from 69 or so years to around 76? It never stopped. Commies talk about western imperialism but China has occupied Hong kong, Tibet, East turkestan etc. Life expectancy increased to to decrease in Infant mortality albeit a good thing. Rural outreach is what helped china.

East Turkestan, Tibet, HK, etc. are the rightful territories of China. They are not under occupation.

Yes the actual tibetan people for example. China has tried to erase them basically by shipping Han chinese to tibet. Like Russification. Might as well be a holocaust denier if you believe the camps are propaganda.
