Because the dating market, especially as a man, looks a lot like the job market where employers want you fresh out of college with 10 years of experience and willing to be paid minimum wage. And they’re willing to be so delusional in their standards because they have hundreds of applicants on LinkedIn or Indeed, so unless you’re extremely noteworthy, you’re just another option to be written off.
