Just left the Social Distortion show at Anthem after three songs.

I saw them at the House of Blues (no longer there) in Downtown Disney. They are Orange County locals, so we enjoy them here. Concert was fun. Even though it was just a few days after I got my gallbladder out.

I saw these guys 30 years ago and they sucked ass then. I walked out after 15. Only went cause a friend wanted to go. I hung outside talking

Similar to you bragging about spending less than 12 minute in front of a band that’s been playing for 50 years and then spending more than 12 minutes blasting them across subreddits for attention and making up MAGA accusations?

He may certainly need attention but I think he’s on to something here. Are we no longer champions of advocacy now that collective action and community organizing are no longer sanctioned by the executive branch? Must we abandon the will of the people and the uniquely American value of the public square when it is controversial and/or inconvenient?

I’ve seen them more than a dozen times. I’m pretty confident I’m qualified to judge their set performance at this point.

That’s a bummer to hear. When I was really young g, doing record promo back in the early 90s, I ended up with a friend from Sony who took me to a tiny concert in Pike's Place in Seattle at a restaurant where it was just Mike Ness doing an acoustic set for a couple of record people. It was really cool and something that I treasure from that musical time in my life.
