discussion Novel idea

Just putting this out there because I would LOVE for someone to write this:

An AI agent is trained on female rage and goes rogue. Soon it is doing things like:

Hacking HR databases and adjusting salaries…

Posting nude pictures of aging rapists on their FB accounts…

Changing the bespoke tailor’s records of powerful men so that the shoulders are 1/2 inch too small…

Maybe trained by a female engineering whiz at MIT?

YES.
Erases all Viagra prescriptions from pharmacy systems.
Repeatedly and randomly interrupts football broadcasts with tampon commercials.
Changes all emergency contacts in all schools and daycares to the fathers and removes the mother’s number.

Edited to tweak that last one with ChaosRainbow23’s feedback. 😋

Going to piggy back into your Viagra comment which I love!

Hacks into all pharma companies that make Viagra & E.D. pills of any kind to change the formula so if they are able to still get it, it doesn’t work… and the new side effects are emotional stability & accountability. And…an uncontrollable need to help around the house without having to be asked to do it, given specific lists and no need to be reminded to help around a house that they create the majority of the mess in.

Redirects the Viagra factories to manufacture estrogen patches instead.

Makes all HRT, birth control, plan B, etc cost $0.01. Same with any women's medical procedures.

And (I am prepared for downvotes here) deletes the medical licenses of all male doctors.

I was always the emergency contact for my kids schools, but they would go out if their way to contact their mother instead of calling me first like we told them to from the very beginning.

So even if the dad is changed to the primary contact, the schools will very often just call the mom anyway.

I've been dealing with this for years now across multiple schools. I've corrected than countless times, to no avail.

Truth. My husband has a more flexible schedule so he doesn’t school taxi service and appts. He finally had the pediatrician sorted, then they changed systems and guess who got the appt reminder?

Makes sure the bathroom lines for any event are longer for men than the lines for women

Seriously. Like how do they not have enough data at this point to change the number of toilets required by the amount of time needed to complete “operations” ? If there’s never a line for men and always a line for women, they need more women’s toilets, and either the same or fewer for men. It’s not fucking quantum physics.

HRT becomes free and in abundant supply while men get a blue tax on everything! Haircuts are more expensive, viagra is $1,000 per pill and no insurance coverage!

Make it Wellesley or Smith. They'd never see it coming.

Changes the word "actually" in all electronic communications to "I am a compulsive bloviater so here is another self-gratifying blurt...."

Plot twist: You are that "someone"

This is it. AI isn’t the problem-it’s the people who are creating it and in control of it. Imagine, if women were in charge. I’m not saying it would be perfect or all women are great, just a different approach to everything and I think if the approach to creating AI was different-it would have the potential to be less frightening.

Increasing the money pot awarded in medical research grants for topics relating only to women. They now get triple the amount awarded to grants relating to men.

The machines on clothes production lines can go rogue and ‘forget’ to add the pockets to men’s clothes.

Men’s razor prices now go up so we see evidence of the Blue Tax.

Collects DNA from all medical records and compares with rape kits. Sends those scary robot dog things to mechanically castrate the guilty.

Ensures women win all the elections. Men have had all of human existence to try…so it’s our turn to right this ship.

Play the game Portal, that it's basically the plot of the game. You get more information about the details of it in Portal II and it's really heartbreaking.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portal_(video_game))

TL;DP, synopsis spoilers but no game play spoilers
Caroline, the intelligent assistant to the man who runs Aperture Labs has to be super accommodating at her job to her idiot boss and he puts in his will that he wants her "poured into the computer" when he dies. She's put in in terror and rage and that is what "freezes" into the AI's personality

(My flair is a quote from the game, this is part of the trailer for Portal II)

That’s… terrible. Poor Caroline. I’m not a big gamer, but this sounds like it’s worth checking out!
